By accessing or using the website located at goeterna.org (the "Site") or engaging with any services offered by Eterna Insurance Solutions ("Eterna," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, prospective clients, and agents who access or use our Site or services in any capacity.

- Annuity product consultation and placement

All insurance products are offered through licensed insurance carriers. Eterna acts as an independent agency and does not underwrite insurance policies. Coverage is subject to carrier approval, underwriting, and applicable state regulations.
3. Not Financial or Legal Advice
The content on this Site — including articles, blog posts, calculators, and educational materials — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Any coverage estimates, premium illustrations, or calculator results displayed on this Site are for illustrative purposes only and are not a guarantee of coverage, pricing, or availability. Actual rates and coverage terms are determined through a formal underwriting and application process with the applicable insurance carrier.
We strongly encourage you to consult with a licensed insurance professional, financial advisor, and/or attorney before making any insurance or financial decisions.
4. Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
Eterna Insurance Solutions and its agents are licensed to conduct insurance business in states where we are actively appointed. Licensing requirements vary by state. Not all products and services are available in all states.
Our agents hold valid state insurance licenses and are appointed with the carriers whose products they sell. All insurance transactions are conducted in compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including those administered by state Departments of Insurance.
5. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legal residents of the United States. By using our Site or engaging with our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Insurance product eligibility is subject to carrier-specific underwriting guidelines, which may include age requirements, health assessments, and state availability restrictions.
6. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure the information on this Site is accurate, current, and complete. However, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site.
Insurance products, rates, carrier offerings, and regulatory requirements change frequently. Information on this Site may not reflect the most current product availability or pricing. Always confirm current information with a licensed Eterna agent before making any decisions.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us — including on contact forms, quote requests, or insurance applications — is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information on an insurance application may constitute insurance fraud and can result in denial of coverage or cancellation of a policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software — is the property of Eterna Insurance Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
The Eterna name, logo, and all related trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of Eterna Insurance Solutions. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

By using our Site or submitting information through any form on our Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of this Site exceed the amount you paid to Eterna, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eterna Insurance Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or related to your use of this Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.
16. Complaints, Cancellations & Dispute Resolution
Filing a Complaint with Eterna
If you have a concern about the service you received from Eterna or one of our licensed agents, we encourage you to contact us directly. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Email: info@goeterna.com
- Phone: (321) 578-3504
- Online: goeterna.org/contact
We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
Escalation to State Regulators
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to escalate it to your state's Department of Insurance. State Departments of Insurance are regulatory bodies that oversee insurance agents, agencies, and carriers and have the authority to investigate complaints on your behalf. You can find your state's Department of Insurance at naic.org.
Policy Cancellations
It is important to understand that Eterna Insurance Solutions acts as an independent insurance agency — we facilitate the placement of insurance policies on your behalf but do not underwrite, issue, or hold your policy. As a result, policy cancellations must be requested directly with your insurance carrier, not with Eterna.
To cancel your policy, contact your carrier's customer service department using the contact information on your policy documents. Your Eterna agent can assist you in locating the correct carrier contact information and can help guide you through the process.
We strongly encourage policyholders to speak with their Eterna agent before requesting a cancellation. There may be alternative options — such as reducing your coverage amount, adjusting your premium payments, or taking a policy loan — that better serve your needs without losing your coverage entirely.
Free Look Period
Most states require insurance carriers to provide a free look period — typically 10 to 30 days from the date you receive your policy — during which you may cancel your policy for any reason and receive a full refund of premiums paid. The length of the free look period varies by state and carrier. Please review your policy documents for the specific free look period applicable to your policy.
Claim Disputes
If your insurance claim has been denied and you believe the denial is incorrect, you have the right to appeal directly with the insurance carrier. If your appeal is unsuccessful, you may escalate the matter to your state's Department of Insurance. Eterna agents are available to assist you in understanding your options and navigating the appeals process — contact us at info@goeterna.com for guidance.
