Prior to Eterna, he founded and scaled Arch Telecom into a multi-state enterprise while building a broader portfolio as an entrepreneur, shareholder, and investor. His background in company-building, employee ownership, and profit-sharing models has shaped Eterna’s commitment to creating long-term value for agents, employees, and partners.
Arjun Ghai
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & PrincipalArjun oversees Eterna’s growth strategy, carrier relationships, and day-to-day operations. Prior to Eterna, he received his Computer Science & Engineering degree from University of California, Berkeley and held engineering and leadership roles at Facebook and Databricks, where he built teams and systems supporting large-scale, high-impact initiatives. His background in scalable technology, operational execution, and agent-focused systems has been central to Eterna’s expansion across all 50 states.
